• Where is the store based?

• Shipping

  We ship through Canada Post using Standard Shipping without tracking. If you require tracking please pick the correct option at check out through the drop down button.

  Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

  *** We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, undelivered, damaged items or delays caused by customs controls. Once the package is marked "shipped" any errors or problems are no longer in our control. All LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  * Please be advised that due to the Christmas Season parcels may be delayed a few days.

• Handling Fee

  Storenvy is now charging a "Handling Fee" per each order. Please know that this fee does not come from our shop and it is totally separate from shipping fees.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Due to Covid19 we are only shipping to Canada & US at this time. All prices are listed in US dollars.
